Important Notes:
• Alcohol must be provided by the client (per California law).
We are able to pick up items for a service fee to save you the trip.
• Travel fee applies for events 25+ miles outside San Jose, CA.
• 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure all bookings dates
• Booking must be paid in full no later than 5 days before event date.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to receive half of the deposit back.
• Guest count must be confirmed at least 2 weeks before your event
• Insurance: Cherub Charlie's is fully insured-proof of insurance can be provided to venues upon request.
• Gratuity: Gratuity is always appreciated! A suggested gratuity option for our bar staff can be included in your final invoice or left to guests' discretion during the event

Cherub Charlie’s was built on a love for celebration, connection, and, of course, a really good cocktail. Whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday bash, corporate event, or private party, we believe that a great bar setup can turn any gathering into a truly memorable occasion. We’re not just a service — we’re an experience.
At Cherub Charlie’s, it’s about more than just pouring drinks. It’s about creating moments, sparking conversations, and making memories that last long after the last toast.
The name Cherub Charlie’s comes straight from the heart. It’s inspired by Charlotte, the daughter of one of my best friends — a little ray of sunshine who’s been such a bright light in my life. Her sweet spirit and endless joy perfectly capture the energy we aim to bring to every event we’re part of.
Now, a little about me — I’m Kylie, the proud owner behind Cherub Charlie’s. I was born and raised in Campbell, California, and after graduating from the University of Arizona in 2017 (Bear Down!), I dove headfirst into what I love most: working with people.
I’ve been in the bar and hospitality industry since I was 16 years old, from bussing tables to slinging craft cocktails. I even spent a short time working in the mortgage world behind a desk — but it didn’t take me long to realize that life wasn’t for me. I missed the energy, the conversations, the laughter… all the things you can only find when you’re working face-to-face with people.
That passion for service, connection, and a good time led me back to the bar industry — and eventually to launching Cherub Charlie’s. Most people would describe me as funny, outgoing, and a little bit goofy — and honestly, I take that as the highest compliment. Life’s too short not to have fun, and I bring that spirit into every event we’re lucky enough to be part of.
Today, Cherub Charlie’s is more than just a business for me — it’s a dream come to life. I’m excited to continue growing, connecting with new people, and building an experience that’s just as joyful and personal as the events we serve.
